It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to remove or otherwise tamper with maintenance hole covers, or to divert or direct the flow of water or any other fluid or foreign substances into maintenance holes installed in the sanitary sewer system of the city. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 1996).
