All waterfront sewers, or any other side sewers within the hydraulic gradient area, shall include a cleanout at a point two feet above the waterfront sewer maximum hydraulic gradient. The cleanout shall consist of a wye and a sloping rise, both of the same size as the side sewer located in the hydraulic gradient area. The riser shall be extended to within 12 inches of finished grade and capped with an approved cast iron block. The block shall be machined to fit the pipe and gasket being used. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 1996).
