Charges to the owners of property with new structures shall commence on the date that the water meter is installed or the building served is actually occupied, whichever comes first, and charges shall continue thereafter regardless of amount of usage. (Ord. 2287 § 2, 2019; Ord. 1634 § 1, 1996).
