17.21.030 Additional definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
In addition to those definitions contained within RCW 47.50.020 and WAC 468-51-020 and 468-52-150, when used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
A. “Department” means the public works department of the city of Bothell.
B. “Permitting authority” means the city of Bothell.
C. “Government entity” means the city of Bothell. (Ord. 1633 § 1, 1996).
