The city of Bothell adopts this policy under the State Highway Access Management Act, Chapter 47.50 RCW and the rules and standards set forth in Chapters 468-51 and 468-52 WAC. This chapter contains the city’s policies and procedures for the regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from, the state highway system within the incorporated area of the city.
