A. Area, Dimension – Conformance to Zoning Regulations. All lots shall conform in area and dimension to all zoning regulations. Lots which contain a public utility easement shall be increased in width to contain the entire 15-foot-wide easement within the one lot unless otherwise approved by the public works director.
