“Historic Main Street” rates apply to the useable square foot area of buildings existing as of April 16, 2019, within the area bounded by NE 183rd Street to the north, Bothell Way NE to the west, SR 522 to the south, and 104th Avenue NE to the east. “Historic Main Street” rates may be applied to the useable square foot area of existing buildings or an equivalent area in a replacement building but cannot be applied to any excess square foot area of an addition or replacement building.
