An applicant who receives a concurrency encumbrance denial letter may seek concurrency resolution, in accordance with BMC 17.03.031 through 17.03.034. This process shall be initiated by submittal of an application on a form provided by the director, and fee, as established by council resolution, for a concurrency resolution to the director.
