Following all inspections and approvals, and after all fees, charges, and assessments due the city resulting from the subdivision development have been paid in full, the city clerk shall record the final plat with the county auditor. The subdivider shall advance the recording fee and shall pay all taxes and assessments required by law. One reproducible copy of the final plat shall be furnished to the city engineer at the expense of the subdivider. One paper copy shall be filed with the county assessor.
