In addition to the provisions of this article, requirements for buffers, sensitive area tracts, development setback lines, permitted alterations, mitigation and monitoring for a development proposal site on or adjacent to a flood hazard area shall be as established elsewhere in this chapter for the streams, wetlands, wildlife habitat conservation areas or other critical areas which form the constituent elements of the floodplain.
