An annexation is a Type V action and shall be considered in accordance with the procedures for such actions as set forth in BMC Title 11, Administration of Development Regulations, Chapter 35A.14 RCW, Annexation by Code Cities, and Chapter 36.93 RCW, Local Government Organization – Boundaries – Review Boards.
