Each PUD shall require preliminary and final approval. Both preliminary and final PUD approvals are Type II actions and shall be processed in accordance with the procedures for such actions as set forth in BMC Title 11, Administration of Development Regulations.

The preliminary development plan and the final development plan may be combined and together processed through review as a final development plan. In addition, the applicant may file a concurrent subdivision or short subdivision application, in accordance with the procedures as set forth in BMC Title 15, Subdivisions, which application(s) shall be processed concurrently with the PUD application(s).
