12.26.020 Applicability.
This section is included in your selections.
A. All nonconformances shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
B. The provisions of this chapter do not supersede or relieve a property owner from compliance with:
1. The requirements of the Uniform Building and Fire Codes; or
2. The provisions of this code beyond the specific nonconformance addressed by this chapter. (Ord. 1817 § 2, 2000; Ord. 1815 § 1, 2000; Ord. 1629 § 1, 1996).
