This article provides aesthetic, design, and concealment standards and permit and review procedures for wireless communication facilities. This article does not apply to small wireless facilities. These provisions are intended to provide objective design criteria to assist in minimizing the visually obtrusive impacts that can be associated with wireless communication facilities and to encourage creative approaches in the location and construction of wireless communication facilities.
