12.08.020 Minimum area and maximum number of units allowed.

A. Mobile/manufactured home parks shall be not less than 10 acres in size.
B. The number of mobile/manufactured homes in the mobile/manufactured home park shall not exceed the allowable number of site-built dwelling units which could be constructed on the property in the zone district in which the mobile/manufactured home park is located.
