“Wireless communication facility” or “WCF” means any unstaffed facility for the transmission and/or reception of wireless communications, including any of the technologies as defined by Section 704(a)(7)(c)(i) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996, including cellular, PCS, enhanced specialized mobile radio (ESMR), specialized mobile radio (SMR), and paging.
