Notwithstanding any other provision contained within this chapter, the penalty for each violation of Chapters 10.30, 10.40 and 10.45 BMC, or any other parking sign or standard established by the city traffic engineer, for which a different penalty is not established, shall be $40.00. Each day or part of day during which the unlawful act or violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2126 § 4, 2013).
