10.45.050 Use and validity of permits.

A. Display. Permits shall be displayed in accordance with instructions on the application form.
B. Validity. Permits shall be valid only for the vehicle for which they are issued, only in the zone designated and only so long as the permit holder retains the vehicle and resides at the address specified in the permit holder’s application.
C. Expiration. Permits shall not expire, so long as the permit holder retains the permit vehicle and resides at the address specified in the permit application. (Ord. 2126 § 2, 2013; Ord. 1974 § 1, 2007; Ord. 1627 § 1, 1996).
