10.10.060 Additional authority of traffic engineer.

In addition to the authority contained in RCW 46.90.265, the traffic engineer is authorized:
A. To erect signs indicating parking restrictions in accordance with adopted city parking policies;
B. To close any highway or part thereof temporarily to any and all vehicular traffic for safety reasons when hazards exist or for recreational purposes. (Ord. 1627 § 1, 1996).
